Orange Day Party

Believe it or not, it can be possible to throw a kids birthday party without all the stress! We know children can be very hard to please, especially when you have got quite a few of them in the same room for a party, so anything that eases that burden has got to be a good thing. Enjoy your party, explore the park and visit our farm too, what a great way to spend quality time with the kids. Have some action packed fun in our farm, adventure park and indoor play areas and reap the benefit of keeping the kids entertained.

Please read all the information provided. Then book your party online using the link provided at the end. You will be asked to pay a £45 deposit (non-refundable) with the rest payable on the day. Parties are for a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 28.

Birthday child / child guest

Entrance fee = £8.49 per child
Food, Party Bag, Party Room = £7.50 per child

If over 2 years old, we permit both the birthday child's parent/guardian in to the Park free of charge* and we will allow each guest invited to the party one parent/guardian free of charge. This parent/guardian must turn up at the same time as the child. We do not allow you to add extra adults in if the child's parent/guardian decides not to stay. Everyone MUST be written on to the guest list.

*if it is a joint party then we will only allow one birthday child to have both parents/guardians in free of charge

We permit both the birthday child’s parents/guardians into the Park free of charge.

We allow each guest invited to the party one parent/guardian free of charge if the parent/guardian is also an Annual Pass Holder. Otherwise you will be charged a reduced rate of £8 per parent/guardian.

Guests in your party that hold a valid Annual Pass** will get charged the Annual Pass price. Anyone else will be charged the standard party price as shown above.

If you hold an Annual Pass as the party organiser this does not entitle you to get each guest in for £7.50. The only guests that come in for £7.50 are the guests that are Annual Pass Holders. The Annual Passes must be shown at the entrance on the day of the party.

*A child under 2 will only pay if they are eating. We do not permit any free parents/guardians with a child who is under 2 years old unless the parent/guardian has a valid Annual Pass..

** All valid Annual Pass cards MUST be shown on the day of the party. You will be charged the standard party price (£15.99) if any Annual Pass Holder turns up without their card.

Can we invite grandparents, siblings or other adults?

Yes, we will only charge the organiser a discounted rate of £8 per person (this does not include food or a party bag). These names MUST be written on to the guest list.

Guest List / Party Guests who arrive but are not on the guest list:

All guests that you have invited and are willing to pay for MUST be written on the guest list. Anyone who attends the party on the day that is NOT on the guest list will be charged standard entry prices. You MUST bring the guest list with you on the day of the party.

Drop off & Pick Up:

We will not allow anyone into the Park unless they have been paid for. If parents/guardians are dropping children off or collecting them then you need to make sure you meet them at the entrance. If you are not at the entrance the entrance staff will ask the party host to ask you to come to and collect the child/ren from the parent/guardian dropping them off or bring the child down to the parent/guardian picking the child/ren up.

Party Bags:

These are included in the price. They consist of a pencil, a pen, a rubber and a magnet, all with the Knockhatch logo.

Party Times:

You will have a dedicated party room for the duration of your party as shown below, if you arrive early, your party room will not be ready and therefore you will need to leave your belongings in the car. If you wish to have your party in the park for the whole day, this is not a problem. However, you will only have the party room for the duration of the party session. However, it is requested that you arrive before any of the guests, as you will have the guest list.

The party rooms are decorated but if you would like extra banners or balloons in the room then you will need to bring these with you. We do not allow the use of drawing pins.

MORNING

10:30am to 1:00pm (Food at 11:45am)

11:00am to 1:30pm (Food at 12:00pm)

AFTERNOON

2:00pm to 4:30pm (Food at 3:45pm)

2:30pm to 5:00pm (Food at 4:00pm)

Hot Meal Option:

Chicken Nuggets
Fish Fingers
Veggie Sausage
Cheese and Tomato Pizza

All served with Chips and Baked Beans

Cold Meal Option:

You will receive an individual picnic box for each child that consists of:

Sandwich
Bag of Pom Bears
Piece of cheese
Bag of fruit
Pack of Oreo biscuits

(or equivalent)

Both meals are served with:

Unlimited squash, a Capri-Sun, a Jelly Pot and a Freddo

You get to choose one option when booking and then on the day of the party we will give you a menu on arrival and you can then ask the children what they would like to eat within the option you have chosen i.e what hot food option / sandwich filling.

Birthday cake:

You may bring your own birthday cake for any meal choice

What does the Party Host do:

The party host will

Set the party room up before you get to us
Collect you from the entrance
Explain to you how the music system works in the party room
Explain to you how to fill out the party meal menu
Make sure you have squash throughout the duration of the party
Take you to the till to pay for the party when the menu is given in
Let you know when to gather the children together for the party meal
Bring the party meal to the party room
Come and find you if any child/ren needs collecting from or taking down to the entrance at drop off & pick up time
Tidy the room once your party has ended
